Turnaround Time: Once we receive all the necessary details and design files from you, our standard processing and production time is 14 to 21 days. The exact time frame depends on the type of product, printing method, and the quantity ordered. We work diligently to ensure your items are crafted to perfection.
Approval Process: To guarantee your satisfaction, we will create a sample of your custom order and send you an image and/or video for review. Final approval from you is required before we proceed with full production, ensuring everything meets your expectations.
Shipping Information: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline and tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Bulk Order Pricing:
We offer special pricing for bulk orders, allowing you to save more when you order in larger quantities. Here are our starting rates for bulk orders:
Bulk Embroidery (Starting at US$12 per item):Perfect for businesses or events, our bulk embroidery is ideal for branding polos, jackets, and baseball caps. Available for orders of 3 or more items (20+ items for caps).
Bulk Sublimation (Starting at US$8 per item):Ideal for detailed and complex designs, bulk sublimation is perfect for T-shirts and other branded merchandise. Available for orders of 3 or more sublimation T-shirts.
Bulk HTV T-Shirt Printing (Starting at US$5.50 per item):For simple designs with up to two colors, our bulk HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) printing is both affordable and durable. Available for orders of 3 or more T-shirts.
