- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on customized items.

- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will address each case individually to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Turnaround Time Policy

- For personalization services excluding embroidery, quilts, blankets, and bulk orders, the turnaround time is 1-3 business days.

- For blankets, quilts, embroidery products, bulk orders, and special requests, the turnaround time is 5-10 business days.

- Turnaround times are calculated from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.

- For custom and bulk order requests, please fill out our service request form available on our website or contact us directly.

- Bulk orders may require additional processing time and will be quoted individually based on the complexity and quantity.
