For sublimation or vinyl designs, please ensure your file has a transparent background. In some instances we will offer to do the graphics for you, which may attract an additional cost.

How long does it take to fulfill a custom order?Our typical turnaround times are: Embroidery and Quilts: 5-10 business days Sublimation & Vinyl Products: 1-3 business days Bulk Orders: Processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Can I see a preview of my design before it’s printed?Yes, for custom orders, we offer a digital proof of your design before we begin production. You will receive an email with the proof, and once approved, we will proceed with printing.

How do I care for my custom products?Sublimated Tumblers: Hand wash only, avoid dishwashers to preserve the design. Embroidered Towels & Blankets: Machine wash on gentle cycle, avoid bleach, tumble dry on low. Vinyl Printed T-Shirts: Turn inside out before washing, wash in cold water, never apply direct heat and tumble dry on low.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
